Laura is Director of Learning & Development for Gallagher in the UK & Ireland. She joined the business in 2022 bringing over 25 years’ experience of HR in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Gallagher, Laura was Director of Organisational Capability at Aldermore Bank having also held roles at FirstRand Bank, Willis and Marconi. Laura is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional excellence across the organisation. With a proven track record in designing and implementing innovative learning strategies, Laura plays a pivotal role in empowering Gallagher’s UK & Ireland colleagues achieve their full potential.
