Jackie Girow

Jackie has over 40 years’ experience within the insurance sector and has been part of the London insurance market since 2001, having previously worked in the provincial insurance markets of the Midlands and Manchester. Jackie’s career started in underwriting before progressing to training, project, change and most recently operational management roles before joining the London & International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) in 2015. In addition to supporting LIIBA members on areas such as tax, compliance and strategy around claims and delegated authority business, she leads on LIIBA’s culture programmes under their Belonging at LIIBA brand. Jackie is a strong advocate for equity and inclusion and many of Belonging at LIIBA’s initiatives are aligned with increasing social mobility within the sector.
