Rob Kemp is CEO of Commercial Risk UK, with responsibility leading the firm’s risk advisory and broking business across the UK market. He is responsible for helping clients navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape, bringing together sector expertise, data and analytics, and innovative solutions across property, casualty, cyber, specialty and emerging risks. Rob works closely with insurer partners and Aon’s global network to deliver insight, resilience and sustainable long-term value for clients.
Rob has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance Industry and joined the Complex Placement and ART Team at Aon in July 2020, working closely with broking teams across the EMEA network to provide programme design and placement strategy and advice.
Rob began his career at Willis Towers Watson as a Property Broker before moving to Marsh where he was Head of Placement for the Risk Management Practice across a number of lines of business. Rob then worked at the insurer RSA, where he was Director of Property and Real Estate for their London Market business.
Rob’s background spans across a number of industry sectors and his experience both from a broking and underwriting perspective has been working with large and complex multinational clients.
