Apprenticeships were the backbone of new hires and recruitment, but is that still the case? This session puts the spotlight on successful schemes in place across brokers and insurers. We’ll hear from those who have worked their way up the ladder from an apprentice, people who are just starting out on an apprenticeship and those in charge of the model at respective businesses.
