Starting as a P&C underwriter he now serves as the Apprenticeships Lead and People Development Consultant. Anthony empowers over 300 UK employees through various apprenticeship programs, guiding their professional and academic development. He received the Best Employer and Supplier Partnership Award at the LSE Awards for his exceptional work on the UK’s Apprenticeship Development Programme, empowering Zurich’s people to develop their ability to find inspiration, be innovative and execute their plans to make a sustainable impact.
