Neal Lumb is Executive Sales and Marketing Director at Verlingue, with more than 25 years’ experience of developing talented teams and individuals in both broker and insurer organisations. Neal is a passionate advocate for attracting and developing new talent in the insurance profession and led the creation of the highly regarded Verlingue Sales Academy.  Neal will share Verlingue’s experience in creating and running a highly successful apprenticeship programme over the last couple of years and the benefits this is now delivering to the business.

We'll aim to hear from those who have worked their way up the ladder from an apprentice, people who are just starting out on an apprenticeship and those in charge of the model at respective businesses.
