Simon Caplan is the Chief Innovation Officer and part owner at Arthur. He is responsible for developing and implementing tailored recruitment solutions across all specialisms for key clients within the insurance sector. He has worked in the insurance recruitment industry for 15 years, forming and building out numerous functions across Arthur and other recruitment companies, as well as successfully completing multiple consultancy projects for his clients, including talent pooling, retained searches and team builds.
